Future design



Our group’ topic is about health and fitness, when we think about health and fitness, the first thing come to our mind is green, as green is the colour of balance and it represents well-being. The aim of our blog is teaching visitors that how to balance their life in the healthy way, therefore green is the colour which can match our theme. We will use green as the major colour of the blog. The background colour will be light green, and colour of letter will be medium green. The unify of colour scheme can make sure visual friendly. And we will try to make the layout be simple, we will use simple two column layout, all main content will be shown in right hand side and all gadgets will be in the right hand side column. Font size will be not too small, so it will be easier for visitors to read. Overall we are trying to create a visual friendly and straightforward blog for visitors.

Health and fitness is a significant part in people’s life, especially in today’s high pressure society. And the reason for this health and fitness blog is to help those develop their knowledge on what it takes to have a balanced life. This will be demonstrated by the upcoming blogs relating to sports, keeping track of current scores to allow those with vested interests to keep updated. There will also be blogs about exercises as short as five minutes to help people who are busy with work or university and want a quick workout. When achieving a balanced life food is a large aspect, retrospectively it can lead to the success or demise of one's health journey. If there are anything specific you would like to know more, feel free to leave your message, and our team are happy to assist you. The people who will be leading you on your journey are:

Hi, my name is Eleni Danias and I am currently studying town planning at Macquarie. I love exercise and sport and being 18 and fresh out of school I think it would be a great experience to share my fitness goals and sports tips with people who are struggling to adjust to a balance of health and fitness.

My name is Jonathan Chung, I am 19 years and I am currently study Bachelor of applied finance and commerce with professional accounting and I am in my 2nd year of university. I love to play basketball in my free time and use to play touch footy and athletics, living a healthy life with regular physical activities has made me feel better in my daily activities.
