Aerobics exercise is the exercise which require the consumption of lager amount of oxygen. And it can deliver more oxygen to the body than at rest. Aerobics exercise have many benefits to our body. By stimulating the heart rate and breathing rate, this exercise can Improve people’s volume of blood, and lessen the pain of fibromyalgia patient by pumping oxygenated blood into the muscle, as oxygen can assist the removal of waste products in the body.


Aerobics exercise is a very good exercise, however people should carefully manage their plan of workout, as over-exercising might lead to injury. Moreover, people who are new to aerobic exercise, it’s better to start with low or moderate intensity aerobics exercise, this can make sure your body can adapt the exercise model.
