Nowadays, people are suffering a problem in health, which are obesity. It will lead to fall ill easily. Today, I will introduce few of ways to lose weight. 1.     Spinning. Johnnyg who is American personal coach was set up spinning. Spinning is an indoor cycle class combining with music and visual effect. It increases the leg force and beautifies people’s physique. The practice has proved that 40 minutes training will expend 500 calorie.
2.     Swimming. Swimming is very drain fatigue. All muscles from your body can                     take training. The body will lose heat fast than people stay in air.
3.     Kwando Aerobics is a dancing actions combining with boxing, karate, kickboxing and kung fu. It will process the fundamental fist position and kicks with drastic music.
