Basketball
Basketball is a sport played by two teams of five players on a rectangular court. The objective is to shoot a ball through a hoop 18 inches in diameter and 10 feet high mounted to a backboard at each end.Today the NBA is the top professional basketball league in the world in terms of popularity, salaries, talent, and level of competition. In regards to health and fitness, basketball is a cardiovascular exercise which requires rigorous levels of fitness and athleticism.
Basketball involves a lot of starting and stopping. It is still a great workout that can help you:

- build endurance
- improve balance and coordination
- develop concentration and self-discipline
