Beneficial of running

Running is the most popular active in fitness exercise, running have lots of advantages for our body but it should do in long term. This post will introduce running benefits.

Firstly, insist to running it has effect on intestines and stomach function; it will increase food orexis and strengthen of digestive system. Secondly, running able to enhance joint and bones density it can prevent rarefaction of bone.
Then, running is good for people who always sit in office as it could make neck and vertebral column actives together; it lead whole body reduce stiffness risk.

Running is an easy and free exercise, it good for our health. If everyday use 30 minutes to do exercise, it can changes or remove parts of health problems.
